1. **Space Preparation** To ensure efficient cleaning, we request that all areas be cleared of personal items, toys, extra furniture, or construction materials before our arrival. If any obstructions are encountered, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for the time needed to clear the area.
2. **Cleaning in Properties Under Construction or Remodeling** We offer services for properties under construction or remodeling, but please ensure that any construction equipment or materials are removed from the cleaning areas. Any additional work required to move or clean around these materials will be billed separately.
3. **Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy** Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within this period will incur a cancellation fee of [specify percentage or amount]. Rescheduling in advance allows us to optimize our schedule and serve other clients.
4. **Weather and Access Conditions** In cases of adverse weather conditions or lack of proper access to the premises, we reserve the right to reschedule the service. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to assign the next available date.
5. **Limited Liability** ClearShine Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing damages to the surfaces or areas to be cleaned. Before starting the service, we will conduct an inspection and notify you of any irregularities detected.
6. **Satisfaction Guarantee** If you have any concerns about our service, please contact us within the first 24 hours to assess a possible solution. Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with the results.
7. **Payment Policy** We accept multiple payment methods, including cash, E-transfers, PayPal, and credit cards. A 25% initial deposit of the total is required before beginning the work. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion.
